For beginning and intermediate students, this refresher course reviews essential grammatical concepts, basic vocabulary, and the finer points of comprehension and expression. If you have completed any Portuguese classes in the past, this course will bring you up to date by providing plenty of opportunity for conversation practice. Join this special summer session for a review and brush-up that will build your confidence for continuing studies.

Conversational Portuguese 1 - EUROPEAN ACCENT Live on Zoom

Online 6 weeks Beginning Conversational Portuguese Language Class available this summer. This course is an introduction to the Portuguese language and culture using native European pronunciation. Participants will Learn basic vocabulary and grammar as well as useful phrases needed when traveling and doing business in Portuguese speaking countries. Conversation is encouraged through interactive activities. Cultural visual materials will be presented and used to aid with communication skills. No previous knowledge of the language required.
